In The Beginning

All things have their genesis, even including the out put of a at best mediocre writer such as myself.  Writing, much in the same manner as playing guitar, singing and sex I do because they are enjoyably and fulfilling and certainly not because I am good at them.  
In the case of writing it is something I did prolifically in my younger days (don't we all..is it the hormones?) and then sporadically ever since.
Just very recently I have started back up with some creative writing, which I never have time to edit and is both fun and nerve wracking to produce. 
The article writing is something I started on a whim, I suspect after seeing some post or ad for Hubpages.  
That was almost three years ago.  My first article was about hockey.  It has been so far my only article on hockey and to this date has received more visitors than any other article I've written.
You'd think I write more hockey articles?
